Generally all DOA (dead on arrival) products will be refunded, but any failures caused by user error will not. Since the parts we sell are to be used in combat, we usually cannot accept returns of any used parts, even if they were only briefly used in testing.

If your parts are lost in shipping, for lower value orders we will ship a replacement order ASAP. For larger value orders like a robot kit, we will go through the usual lost package claims process. If a package is marked as delivered but was stolen, damaged, the wrong address entered, or went missing after delivery, unfortunately this is outside of our control and we cannot offer a refund.

Absolutely! Just send a message from a school email with information about your school, and what you will be using Just 'Cuz Robotics parts for, and we will give you at least 5% off all products.

Typically orders are shipped 3 times a week on M-W-F. If you ordered an SSP kit or other built to order product it may take 1-2 weeks. If you need an order super fast, let us know and we can work with you!

Just 'Cuz Robotics operates in New Hampshire, a state that does not collect sales tax. We are a small business and do not meet the economic nexus requirement to collect tax in most states. So you probably don't need to do anything special for a tax exemption!

Possibly! Just 'Cuz Robotics does not have any formal electrical engineering talent, but our relatively simple Power Distribution Boards are designed in house. They can be modified to meet the needs of a lot of different systems where all you need is a switch or link (or several), simple passive components and power handling. Send a message with details of what your requirements are, how many boards you would need, and your timeline. We cannot design anything complex like a custom ESC or microcontroller product however.

Our DartBox gearbox and motors like most of our products, are custom made just for us by a variety of suppliers. We can make modifications, but unless you need 50+ of what you're after it might be quite expensive. The turnaround time for anything custom is often 1-2 months.

In short, no. Just 'Cuz Robotics is a product business first and foremost. We offer a competitively priced 3D printing service and kick-ass products to help make your designs come to life, but you will need to make those designs yourself or start with one of our amazing combat robot kits!
