DOMESTIC SHIPPING (United States)
We ship all domestic orders within the contiguous United States. Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for time-sensitive orders.

CANADA
We ship to Canada via standard international carriers. Canadian customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees assessed by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). These charges are not collected at checkout and will be billed separately by the carrier or customs authority at the time of delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Outside the US and Canada)
We ship internationally to most countries worldwide. All international shipping costs are paid in full at checkout — there are no additional shipping charges after your order is placed. For customs duties and import taxes, we offer two options at checkout:
DAP — Delivered at Place (Duties Paid Locally Upon Delivery)
You pay the shipping cost in full at checkout. Import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees assessed by your local government are not included in your checkout total and will be collected separately by your local customs authority or carrier upon delivery. The amount owed will depend on your country's import regulations and the declared value of your shipment. Just 'Cuz Robotics has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
DDP — Delivered Duty Paid (Everything Paid at Checkout — No Surprises)
You pay both the shipping cost and all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees in a single transaction at checkout. Just 'Cuz Robotics collects these duty charges upfront and remits them directly to the appropriate customs authority on your behalf. Nothing additional will be owed upon delivery — what you pay at checkout is the complete, all-in cost to get your order to your door. DDP is the recommended option for full cost transparency and a hassle-free delivery experience.
Please note: DDP availability and pricing may vary by destination country. If DDP is not available for your region at checkout, DAP will apply.
