Some products in our store are available for pre-order. Pre-ordering allows you to reserve an item that is not yet in stock or not yet available for immediate shipment.

When you place a pre-order, we may collect a partial deposit at checkout and store your payment method on file. The remaining balance will be charged automatically when your order is fulfilled and ready to ship.

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled. To request a cancellation, contact us at team@justcuzrobotics.com with your order number. Any deposit already collected will be refunded in full.

Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. At that point, our standard returns and refunds policy applies.
