What you'll receive:
This is a pair of full CAD assemblies (not a physical product) for Division V4.0 and Shrapnel Mine V2.0 with its unique Puncher design.
Division V4 is well documented. In addition to the robot CAD, included is basically everything needed to build a copy of the robot short of a fully exhaustive BOM (bill of materials) with all screw types and quantities. There is a BOM listing electronics and important bits as well as STEP and PDF drawings for parts to order from PCBWay (or another 3rd party CNC manufacturer), DXFs for SCS/CNC Madness or other 2D part fabricators, and more. Go nuts!
Shrapnel Mine V2 includes: the robot cad in STEP and F3Z Fusion 360 archive. That's it. No BOM or anything like that at the moment so good luck. This model is for reference only.
WARNING: Division is incredibly dangerous and difficult to drive.
I strongly recommend using this as a learning tool to help inform design choices for your own design. If cloned outright you must take extreme safety precautions when testing your robot, and never spin up the weapon outside of a suitable test box or enclosure.
You may not redistribute this model! You are not purchasing the rights to the name, likeness, branding, or anything associated with these robots. These models and files are intended to be educational tools, and are not to be resold or redistributed by anyone else without permission from Just 'Cuz Robotics. If you choose to build a copy or modified copy of one of these bots for personal use, that's perfectly fine, but please change the appearance and name significantly before bringing it to a public event.
This is not a kit. There are no instructions provided. There maybe limited to no documentation given. These designs should absolutely not be your first-ever combat robot. This is intended to be a learning tool to show proper CAD/mechanical design techniques. If you are looking to build your first bot, check out our SSP kit!

Warning: combat robots are not toys! They are extremely dangerous. Click here for a safety video.
Division V4.0 will be overweight as a 3lb robot at most tournaments when assembled with both front forks/wedge and the flywheel at the same time. One or the other needs to be removed to be under 3lbs, although it is under 1.5kg with both forks and flywheel.
Testing a robot with an active spinning weapon should never be done while maintaining a line of sight with the robot. Ideally, you should be testing inside an enclosed box or arena with at least 1/4" thick polycarbonate windows or top to see through, and 1/2” or thicker plywood or MDF construction. Operation (Including testing) outside of a suitable arena or test box could cause serious injury. By purchasing this product you acknowledge that you are responsible for the safe use of this product and that Team Just ‘Cuz Robotics or its employees are not liable for any injuries or damages.
