Full Combat Robot CAD Assembly for my 1-pound Antweight Sonic, just as it fought at its first-ever tournament which can be seen here!

This is a full CAD assembly (not a physical product) for Sonic V1.0 This model contains everything except for some hardware, and every 3D printed component that makes this bot what it is. This is the version that fought at CT Maker Battle in October 2023, 6th place overall! Note that this version of the CAD features custom-made wheels and a CNC machined weapon hub, but you can use SSP Rear Wheels, and a cheap 3D printable weapon hub design is included. 

The Bill of Materials can be found here! The total cost to build this robot if you have no parts, screws, or filament is around $300 USD, but you can reuse these components in future antweight or beetleweight robots.

The bot is available in pretty much every CAD format under the sun and will work with any CAD program that accepts the universal STEP or SAT filetypes (including Solidworks), plus it is native in Autodesk Fusion 360.

This product is just a CAD model (Computer-Aided Design) - 3D design files that can aid in constructing a robot or part - and not an actual physical product. Nothing will be shipped to you after your purchase.

No assembly instructions or wiring diagrams are included! This should not be your first-ever combat robot, it's far too dangerous and hard to drive. If you want a good first bot check out the SSP Combat Robot Kit which has a full video walkthrough for wiring and assembly, and no dangerous spinner!

Testing a robot with an active spinning weapon should never be done while maintaining a line of sight with the robot.
