AR500 and AR600 Spinner Blades

Looking for a quick drop-in blade for our amazing weapon motors? Here you can find blades that will work with all of our hubmotors and JCR-4935 Motor! There is a huge CAD repository here with over 30 blade designs.

Made from super durable AR500 or AR600 steel, the same that shooting targets are made from, these blades are built to last and dish out some serious damage. 

New for March 2026 - a symmetric 5" disk for the 5536, and three blades for the RDY-5022, including a 4" x 0.08" Ripsaw perfect for hammersaws, and 5" and 6" x 0.125" Z blades great for horizontal spinners. 

The 6-inch effective diameter, 1/4" thick Snaggletooth blade is the same design that DivisionV4.5 uses to rip bots apart.

The Sledgehog Antweight blade available in 0.125 and 0.207" thicknesses is used by 1lb antweight Sonic on an RDY-5022-Mini hubmotor. Sonic won 1st place at Maker Battle in April 2024 and 2nd place at the MIT House Battle 2025. 

The Chonk Key and Long Bar blades are also 1/4" thick and designed for the JCR-4935 motor. These blades were used on Subtraction at NHRL Teams and proved durable and powerful. The Chonk Key has a 7.5" effective diameter and a stocker large cross-section to prevent bending from extreme out of plane hits. The Long Bar is the king of reach, with a 9" diameter, and symmetrical design.  Both of these blades will require our custom blade mount shoulder bolts and 3D printed TPU shock mount for use with the motor. These blades are around 230 grams. Keep in mind though that the Long Bar on a JCR-4935-1000KV motor will reach crazy max tip speeds of well over 300MPH even on 3S, so it is not recommended for higher than 3S voltage!

The Promo blade was designed to be a heavier weapon that packs more punch for 3lb bots running the RDY-5022 like our SSP kit vertical spinner addon. It has a subtle single-tooth asymmetric design with a smaller tooth on the counterweight to rip and tear TPU armor.

Note: These blades have sharp edges! Be careful when handling. You may find due to tolerance variations between weapons and motors, some filing or dremel grinding is needed for the perfect fit of the spline.
