AR600 Now Available in Some Designs!

Looking for a quick drop-in blade for our amazing weapon motors? Here you can find blades that will work with the 5536 Hubmotor, 5022-MINI Hubmotor, and JCR-4935 Motor!

Made from super durable AR500 or AR600 steel, the same that shooting targets are made from, these blades are built to last and dish out some serious damage.

The 6-inch effective diameter, 1/4" thick Snaggletooth blade is the same design that Division V4 used in January 2024 to rip bots apart. It weighs about 170-180 grams.

The Chonk Key and Long Bar blades are also 1/4" thick and designed for the JCR-4935 motor. These blades were used on Subtraction at NHRL Teams and proved durable and powerful. The Chonk Key has a 7.5" effective diameter and a stocker large cross-section to prevent bending from extreme out of plane hits. The Long Bar is the king of reach, with a 9" diameter, and symmetrical design.  Both of these blades will require our custom blade mount shoulder bolts and 3D printed TPU shock mount for use with the motor. These blades are around 230 grams. Keep in mind though that the Long Bar on a JCR-4935-1000KV motor will reach crazy max tip speeds of well over 300MPH even on 3S, so it is not recommended for higher than 3S voltage!

Last but not least, the Sledgehog Antweight blade, a modified RDY-MINI-5022 compatible version of the blade used by 1lb antweight Sonic to take 1st place at Maker Battle in April 2024. As of 11/18/24 these are in harder AR600 to take chunks out of the meanest armor in the field!

There are now two versions! The 0.125" thick blade is super light at just 37g but packs a mean punch, with a 3" effective diameter. This blade needs to be used with a 3D printed spacer (included with purchase) so it fills the 0.2" width required for the 5022 motor. There is now a 0.207" thick (5.25mm) version that weighs 63.6g as well.

Note: These blades have sharp edges! Be careful when handling. You may find due to tolerance variations between weapons and motors, some filing or dremel grinding is needed for the perfect fit of the spline.

CAD model of 5536 hubmotor and blades can be found here.

CAD for the Sledgehog blade + spacer available here.

CAD for the 4935 motor and blades plus TPU shock mounts available here.
