Blitz Lite 20mm Gearbox Mount Plates

Looking for a way to mount your Blitz Lite motors? These lightweight and strong carbon fiber mounting plates will be just what you need!
CNC routed from carbon fiber, these mounts are perfect to secure the face of our 20mm planetary gearboxes! These work with M3 screws on a 15mm bolt circle. Mount your motors with wires exiting on the short sides or at 60-degree angles. 

Note: The first batch of plates are 1.5mm thick, and need to be double-stacked to work as the gearbox circular boss sticks out too far! These are sold in packs of four (4). Future batches will be 2.5mm thick to avoid this issue and sold in pairs of two (2).

Weight is just 2 grams for two 1.5mm thick plates!

Included in each purchase: Four (4) 1.5mm thick CF mount plates.

You will need 3X M3 x 6mm thread length screws to mount a motor and 2X or 4X mounting screws. Flanged button head screws work great for motor mounting. 

These mounts are compatible with our Blitz Lite gearbox only!

Usage

Chassis Attachment Options:

• #6-19 Plastite screws recommended for mounting to most 3D printed parts, UHMW, or HDPE chassis
• Plates can be countersunk easily to work with flathead screws as well, but this may weaken the carbon fiber so button heads are preferred.
