Great for 3lb Weapon Motors!
The Tekko32 ESC has been around for years, favored by the highly decorated and competitive WPI Combat Robotics Team and many others. Their main complaint - having to solder those finicky signal wires and crimp on a servo connector. Well, that pain is no more! This Tekko32 comes pre-flashed with state-of-the-art AM32 Brushless firmware and both power & signal wires factory soldered for ease of use. The Tekko is small, lightweight, and has amazing thermal performance, punching well above its size, and is capable of operating on 6S under stress without an issue.
The Tekko32 is officially rated at 45A continuous. However, many other manufacturers rate their ESCs far less conservatively with inflated numbers. Our internal testing shows this performs more like a "70A" ESC and, with its superior thermal design, can often outperform significantly larger ESCs like the Pariah 70A in 3lb weapon applications.
The default setting is for single-direction operation; see the "Settings" tab for more info.

Changing Settings
In order to change firmware settings, or switch between brushed and brushless operation, you need a USB Programmer (one is included that works with USB-C). Note that to program the ESCs or flash them you must connect the ESC to a battery for power.
The screenshot below shows the settings page that you will see if you want to alter the settings.
An explanation of what these settings do can be found here. Note that the motor poles and KV values do not need to match your motor for this ESC to function, the defaults will work fine for most motors. Furthermore, I strongly recommend watching this video before messing with these settings.
If you experience issues where your motor is not reaching full speed or spinning up correctly, especially for inrunners (which have a lot fewer poles) and higher KV motors, you will just need to change the pole and KV settings to more closely match your motor.
